Do something Tree-warding

Trees That Count is thrilled to partner with The Vision is Clear, a movement powered by DairyNZ which aims to inspire every New Zealander to get involved and play their part in improving waterways.

‘Do something Tree-warding’ is a nationwide drive to encourage every kiwi to donate a native tree that will be planted near a waterway in conjunction with Trees That Count throughout New Zealand next year.

There are two phases:

  1. First we’re going to drive donations and build a virtual forest – from now until April next year
  2. Then we’re going to get planting – Trees That Count will be matching donations to this campaign with planting projects on public land, with a waterways focus for the 2020 planting season (from April onwards)

How can you get involved?

  • Make a donation to this campaign here
  • Make sure you like The Vision is Clear facebook page or follow the The Vision is Clear on Instagram – use the hashtag #thevisionisclear and share to your heart’s content!

Not only will this Tree-warding journey raise awareness of Trees That Count and The Vision is Clear movement, but it will also make a meaningful, long term impact on the shared vision to help improve New Zealand’s waterways for years to come.
